Nick Freitas Out-Raises All Primary Opponents Combined

Nick has raised double the total of every other Republican candidate since entering the race in December

Culpeper, VA – Following the public release of the first quarter fundraising reports yesterday evening, today Nick Freitas announced that he has out-raised all 5 of his Republican primary opponents combined by more than $125,000.

Further, the first quarter reports show that Nick raised triple the combined amount of all of his opponents from donors within Virginia and well over double from donors within Virginia’s 7th District.

Nick Freitas, a Green Beret combat veteran, gave the following statement along with this announcement:

“The level of grassroots support and enthusiasm behind our campaign from across the 7th District and across Virginia is clear. I couldn’t be more grateful and humbled by the outpouring of support that we have received as we fight to take back Virginia’s 7th District. Since getting elected, Abigail Spanberger’s first instinct whenever the pressure is on has been to turn her back on her constituents in order to side with the Democratic Party power brokers in D.C. We saw this when she flipped to join the impeachment circus and we see it in her voting record which has been in lockstep with Nancy Pelosi 96% of the time.”

Nick added:

“Nancy Pelosi has no interest in losing a guaranteed vote for any bill she puts forward, that’s why she has pledged millions to get Spanberger re-elected. It’s going to take a unified grassroots effort to combat Pelosi’s money and I’m honored that the grassroots in our district has rallied around our campaign to lead that charge.”
